Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hours notice for cancelled sessions. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full fee. This gives me time to offer the session time to another client should you not be able to attend.

Insurance & Direct Billing

At this time, I do not provide direct billing to insurance companies. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about coverage for counselling/psychotherapy services.

COVID-19 Update

We are open and providing therapy virtually, by phone and in-person sessions on Friday mornings.
